FDS provided design engineering and commissioning services for electrical upgrade project including specifications and test plans for DCS system. Design included removal of electromechanical relays and Panalarm annunciator, then inclusion of microprocessor relays. FDS provided oversight of DCS system logic development and control system commissioning - including testing of existing equipment which remained. Customer drawings were modified and as-built drawings provided in customer format.
FDS also provided the arc flash risk assessment.
